Insingen is approximately eight kilometer south of the formerly free imperial town Rothenburg ob der Tauber by the foot of the franc height. Enjoy your vacation on the farm. In densely wooded surroundings you are guest on our farm in familiar atmosphere. Our historical house offers comfort to you and will do even for the hard to please.

We offer big, bright double rooms arranged tastefully and/or vacation apartments at extremely favourable prices. Let yourself be spoiled by us. Enjoy our spoiling breakfast or our housemade vespers plate. The restaurant with tiled stove invites to a relaxed get together with a well-kept beer or a good franc wine. You can also visit our stable or undertake bicycle tours with rented bikes. Insingen lies in the heart of the so-called Schmetterlingsradweg.

On consultation and/or depending the season, we offer the possibility to grill trouts, cook jam from self-gathered fruits, to help with the apple harvest, to fish carps (only with fishing licence) or to knit stockings. Or how about a barbecue on a mild summer evening?

We also gladly sell our home-made sausage or smoked ham to our visitors. You have the choice between smoked sausage, marine bacon, collared pork, liver sausage, blackpudding, knuckle and brawn. By the way: We guarantee the healthy nutrition of our animals of wheat, barley, oat and Grascobs from own cultivation as well as mineral feed and soya. The transportation of our pigs for slaughtering conducts only two kilometers, so that there is no stress for the animals.
